What is Treqer?

Treqer is a GPS-based activity tracking app for cyclists, runners, and motorcyclists. It records distance, speed (km/h, mph, m/s, knots), and route data in real time.

Which devices are supported?

Treqer is available for iPhone running iOS 26 or later.

Does the app require an account?

No. Treqer works without registration.

Is an internet connection required?

No. Route recording works offline. GPS does not require internet access.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync.

Which permissions does Treqer need?

Treqer requires Location permission to record routes, distance, and speed. Without Location access, recording will not work correctly.

Why can route or speed accuracy vary?

GPS accuracy can vary due to signal quality, environment (buildings, trees, tunnels), and device conditions. Recorded data may differ slightly from other apps or devices.

Free Version

Is Treqer free?

Yes. The app is free to download and use.

What are the free limits?

Free users can:

• Record up to 5 routes
• Use up to 2 dashboards

If you delete or export a route, you can record a new one in its place.

Does the app expire?

No. The app never expires or locks. You can use it indefinitely within the free limits.

Subscription & Billing (Apple App Store)

How are payments processed?

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your Apple ID account is charged directly. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Is the subscription auto-renewing?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

When will I be charged?

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm your purchase. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

On iOS: Settings -> [your name] -> Subscriptions or App Store -> profile icon -> Subscriptions

On the web: subscriptions.apple.com

Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, select Treqer, then choose cancel.

What happens after cancellation?

You keep access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period. After that, free-tier limits apply.

Can I restore my purchase?

Yes. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the app. Restores work only with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

What if my renewal payment fails?

If Apple cannot process renewal (for example, due to a billing issue), your subscription may not renew. Please update your payment method in your Apple ID billing settings.

Lifetime Purchase

Is the lifetime purchase a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase. It does not renew automatically.

Does lifetime include future recurring charges?

No. There are no recurring charges for a lifetime purchase.

Refunds (Apple)

How can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple.

On iOS: Open Safari and go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select the purchase, then tap Request a refund.

On the web: Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select the purchase, then choose Request a refund.

Who decides refund eligibility?

Refund eligibility and decisions are made solely by Apple.

Yes. Always prioritize road and personal safety. Do not interact with the app in situations where it may distract you from safe movement or traffic awareness.
